Walk up the steps to the double doors and fully covered front porch with ceiling fans of vernacular architecture inspired by coastal regions including the Caribbean and Nantucket. Sit around the cozy dining table equipped with four rocking chairs, or the cozy bench and watch the world go by while you enjoy the sun. The front of the home also boasts a second-story covered front balcony with ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Sit in the Adirondack-style chairs that look out over the neighborhood. Make yourself at home, then step out onto the back patio of the first floor. A cozy deck off the master suite leads down to a sandy path you can walk for some fresh air.
Interior Amenities
Step inside and be greeted by the uniquely styled and fully equipped kitchen alongside a cozy living space. The kitchen features expansive counters and plenty of cupboards and drawers full of everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal with stainless steel appliances. A custom seating area at the end of the counter on one side allows for someone to sit and help the chef. After the meal, take a seat in the cozy entertainment space on the comfortable couch and chairs facing an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV.
Wander further into the home and find the primary living space and dining area. The living space features more comfortable seating around a fireplace where you can enjoy time with friends and family.
